First Watch - Livonia

I've only been once so far, but I was impressed. I got the Floridian French Toast, and it was both delicious and seemed healthier than similar food at other restaurants. The atmosphere is pleasant. The dining room decor is a fusion between a trendy modern look, and elements that evoke a farm. It is rather densely packed however. The location seems to be popular. There was a bit of a wait to be seated when I visited at 1:30 PM on a weekday.

Food was very good but the wait time was totally unacceptable. It took almost an hour to be seated and once we were seated, another 15 to 20 minutes until our order was taken. I wanted a refill for my Ice Tea but the waiter was so busy he did not check up with us until he brought the bill. I would have left but was with my daughter that was taking us out for breakfast. First Watch is opening a new restaurant in Canton, hope it is better run.

I have been to first watch in Arizona and enjoy it very much. So it was my first time visiting the Livonia location and first watch continues to live up to its name! When we first arrived we were greeted at the door immediately, there was a bit of wait but it was all handled very well. When we got our table our waiter greeted us almost immediately with coffee in hand which I needed! Our food was delicious just like back in Arizona and came out quickly also. Finally when it was time to our waiter offered us coffee to go to which I gladly said yes! Thanks Ryan for the service and thanks first watch for living up to your name, 5 stars!!

Beautiful and clean location! Food was excellent, fresh and delicious. I ordered the Italian omelette with potatoes. Excellent to the last bite! Would highly recommend this place for a quick breakfast or lunch. Great service too! I would return in a heartbeat ????????

Excellent place. I love the theme. It reminds me of my favorite breakfast spot that has now become trendy (Commonwealth in Birmingham) in combination with Cracker Barrel or a Bob Evan’s “Farm Fresh” atmosphere. The food is constructed of well thought out ingredients. Freshness seems to be a key priority of this establishment. The coffee is robust in flavor and served at the perfect temperature. The service is awesome, my waitress was very helpful in going over every single thing they had they, being my first time which allowed me to come to a good educated decision on what I wanted. I tried “The Works” omelette, the Million Dollar Bacon, and a half order of the Lemon Ricotta Pancake. Presentation of food was very nice, I love their plates. Seating was comfortable with plenty of space even for larger families.
