Great White Buffalo Brewing Co.

I was just at the GWB this past weekend! We had family in from out of town that we took and they loved the relaxed atmosphere. I have to say that the service and the beer were all top notch! The staff is all so friendly and welcoming.

I would recommend trying a flight of beer if you can't decide on a pint, then have a pint or two ;) We lived in Germany and so did one of our family members with us and we all agreed that it took us back to those good times we experienced there! They even have the big pretzels(yum!)! I will definitely be a frequent flyer! I love this place!

It was our first time there this weekend, and the restaurant is small but modern. The decor was beautiful, the waitress staff was pleasant and you can tell they enjoy it it there. I asked for small plates for our appetizers, and they gave us the silver trays, and she told me to keep it just in case bc they only have very limited amount. The chicken wings and the white chicken bean chili was very good. The wings are air fried , with no breading, but was season good. The pretzel and beer cheese was very good! The chili was amazing. I also ordered the chicken bites, they kinda reminded me the the Tyson frozen ones from the grocery stores. Our food came out at all different times, so they need to work on that.. I got the root beer, which was the best I had in a long time. ****When we got our bill, they have you pay extra if you use our credit or debit card. So if you don’t want to be charge for using your card BRING 💵 CASH******* I think that should be posted on their website. Like I stated before they need to work on ticket times and having food come out at once for a table. The space is very small, so it gets loud very fast. It would have been better if they found a bigger space. Not sure if I would go back, maybe during lunch to really enjoy it.

Beer was good. We only had 1 beer and we didn’t stay to try the food as the metal barstools were the size of postage stamps, small and extremely uncomfortable. And no I don’t have a large rear end. I hope they reconsider and buy some decent seats, we won’t be back unless they do.

Went for a beer, I had the blonde and milkshake IPA! Both were great! Friendly staff and cute atmosphere. Will be coming back 🎉

Went during soft opening, the beers are some of the best around. They have a true "beer beers", traditional with great flavor and body; and then some even better experimental craft brews which boasted extremely well balanced flavors and notes. I can't recommend enough the Stout and the Pretzel beer.

Quite surprisingly for a new brewery, the food is fantastic! We had the buffalo chicken flat bread and the white cheddar mac and cheese. Both were great portions and very delicious!

Definitely a fantastic addition to downtown Northville, can't wait to go back to get more of every beer there and the new ones coming up!
