Love the shakes & teas!

Great place for a quick healthy lunch! They also provide amazing nutrition programs and coaching to reach your fitness goals. I recommend the Cinnamon Toast Crunch Shake!

I have been coming for a while now, the shakes are great and they make for great meal replacement. The tea is just as good. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. I plan and going here over and over again and I would recommend them to anyone.

Awesome! These shakes were so good it’s hard to believe they’re good for you! This place is unique and one of a kind. The couple there are very friendly and transparent about how their shakes were made. The shakes were very well priced considering the quality and size, the amount of protein/nutrients is impressive. They both are very knowledgeable on this area and would recommend them for anything nutrition based. Additionally, the shakes are very filling, the peanut butter brownie batter shake has 30g of protein in it. Make sure you’re not full when you go in!

So glad I came in. Nick is super nice and the drinks were delicious! Nicely furnished too, the perfect place for an afternoon pick me up. Will definitely come back.
