“Although I am not a big fan of pizza, my bf is. So we are always exploring new pizza restaurants. Pizza e Vino is our newly-found gem. In fact, we loved it so much that we dined there two nights in a row after our first dinner. Their focaccia (picture) is a good place to start. And you can order the pizza of your choice. Everything should taste great. Again, I am not a big fan of pizza in general and am very picky about pizza. Pizza e Vino makes the pizza someone like me can enjoy. Highly recommended. The wait time is usually 20 minutes or so.”

“Great food with generous portions at good prices. I was looking for some good BBQ in the area and another BBQ restaurant didn't have the greatest reviews. I was surprised with how much food they gave with one entree. Usually when you get a lot of food, it's not high quality, however this was great. The meet was tender and not fatty and the sauce was amazing. I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for local BBQ.”

“What an outstanding landmark restaurant when visiting downtown Plymouth. The food is always fresh, the staff friendly and the atmosphere is great. The original artwork on the wall is ancient Greek with a smile. I get up early so usually my breakfast is at 4 am by my self, so when I was asked to come to DT Plymouth for a breakfast meeting of course I suggested the Greek Islands. While everyone was chowing down on the great breakfast specials at 9am, it was my lunch time. So being a veteran customer of the large Greek Island portions I ordered the Greek Mini Salad for 5.50 which h is like a large salad somewhere else. It came with grilled Greek pitta bread and the best GI Greek dressing I've ever had. FYI - if you like lamb, you'll Love their broiled lamb chops. The best I've had since the old days in Greektown. Greek Islands is an island of it's own in a sea of choices. THE BEST.”

“Good food, and nice atmosphere, although to be honest, "too nice" for what we were going for. As tourists, we relied on Google. Google lists this place as good for kids, but to clarify - I would NOT bring toddlers here. Our family had a group with 3 toddlers and it just was too nice of a setting, a bit too pricey (for a kids outing) and too crowded with all the tables and chairs. They have kids options, but I think better suited for older kids. The staff was prompt but 1 did spill ice water on us - accidents happen, he genuinely felt bad and apologized. I would come back on a date night without kids, and would be prepared to dress up a bit more!”

The service was excellent both times. The menu is a little limited in the full entree area, which is the reason I deducted a star from the review. “I went to Sweet Afton Tea Room today for the first time ever for my birthday and it was FANTASTIC! Michelle served us and she only enhanced the experience. I got the afternoon delight which is a pot of tea and two scones with various spreads for $9! I thought it was reasonable (they also give you cream for the tea and there was a bowl of sugar cubes on the table). The whole experience made me feel like I was British royalty and I really can’t say enough good things about this place or the people that work there. I’m all about experiences and this provided me with a great one! I highly recommend!”

“I've gotten a burger and fries here each time I've gone and it is AMAZING. I've eaten in a lot of places all over the country + outside of the US and this is one of the best places, and it's so local! My friend got mac and cheese bites and garlic fries and they're amazing too. I love garlic and they're really great, the only thing is that the garlic season is oil based and I try to watch my calories, so i didnt have more than one of them”
