“I have a food allergy and these guys were great at making sure my food is not cross contaminated. I used to order here often, but have not been in awhile. I gave 3 stars because I had called 2 separate times to make sure they had the gluten free bread was in, and only come to find out, they did not check their freezer.”

“Cant say enough good things about the food and management at Louie's Pizza in Redford. The old time consideration and treatment are hardly existant anymore. I am beyond impressed that Lou himself still makes the pies and will deliver personally if needed. Always good small talk about the community itself while I wait also.”

“Not a bad place, I'm just not a pizza lover. Most people must love pizza because it seems to be the go to gluten free menu item for many restaurants. It's also very hard to get rid of the soggy crust without burning the edges. The service was fast and they cook the gluten free pizza in a pan, which keeps it from contact with gluten in the oven and helps the crust cook more evenly, which is difficult to do.”
