Only reason I’m not giving it a 5 is that the guy they had running the register just simply shouldn’t be there, he should be the guy you hide in the back. Hated his job hated the fact I walked into the store and made him have to do something and not very clean like weird greasy pizza delivery guy kind of not clean. That guy is the face of your business, think about that. Also I spent 50 dollars in food but then had to pay 5 dollars for a few cups and ranch dressing that cost them pennies. Which turned me off to going back very often.”

The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because there's an employee there (not sure his name, but he often takes my order on weekends) who sounds annoyed every time I call. “The food was prepared exactly as we asked, which seems to be a problem at other Burger Kings. The manager was extremely friendly and very personable. After ordering and receiving our food, I decided I needed something warm to drink. I ordered a hot chocolate. The manager paid for it. I really wish some of the other stores could take lessons from this manager. Not only because he paid for my drink but because of his all over demeanor. He greeted us when we entered and said good bye and wished us a Merry Christmas as we left. Very impressed. He needs a raise!”
