    I have not been to an A&W for decades since the Trenton one on W. Jefferson. I decided to check out the Rockwood location and why did I wait so long. One word to describe my experience: EXCELLENT!! Food, service, cleanliness and friendly staff.

    I believe that with certain chains comes a level of expectations, with that said, Id like to thank the staff at this A&W for living up to their reputation. I love A&W, as a kid I remember riding home from my baseball game making a beeline to grab a quart of cold rootbeer to wash down the dirt from the sand lot. I remember my dad taking the whole family on a summer night, only to find myself taking my own family many years later. This night my wife and I were out with no place to go as we decided to have a chili dog and pulled in. The first thing I noticed how clean well kept everything was, service was great, food was good and hot as always. This store is an asset to the A&W name. Job well done!

    Perfect place for a simply, plain couple to celebrate their anniversary of 39 years. Not busy or noisy and great food, with no rush.

    We had our school fundraiser tonight. And they were absolutely amazing!! Such a nice group of workers!! ❤

    Oh my God that was the best hamburger ever. I used to think Drinks burgers were good! This A and W across from Lake Erie Metropark is the GREATEST!
