“Dropped in to check out the HRI following the change in ownership. Three of us had dinner, and we all enjoyed it. The prices are reasonable, the portions are plentiful and the service was very friendly. The menu has a nice selection of appetizers and sandwiches which are all made with skill and attention. We ordered the fried pickles as an appetizer, and they were cut thin like french fries. This was great since you got more of the seasoning in each bite. Very good. When we've had these at other locations, they typically come with a dipping sauce, and I'm not sure if they forgot to bring it or they don't offer it with the fried pickles. We didn't miss it though because they were breaded and seasoned so well. Next, we had sandwiches including cod and the corned beef Reuben. They were all good. The corned beef Reuben was stacked high with chunky and sliced corned beef and not the typical deli sandwich meat you get at some places. It was very tender and flavorful. Will definitely get that again. For our first visit under new ownership, they did well, and we plan to visit again.”

“Really good food and reasonable prices. Our first visit since the name change, the interior has been freshened and looks good. At 11am on Sunday, we had really quick, pleasant service -- the restaurant was a bit over half full. The eggs Benedict and glazed French toast were delicious -- and the couple at the next table over said their omelets were great. Will definitely go back.”

Downfall they always mess something up such as you order deep dish they made regular crust call to see if that's OK you say no you wanted deep dish finally they bring you your pizza with your wings .. Supposed to get boneless have to call them back and 30 minutes later they bring you your boneless wings... Zero compensation .. Customer service is just wrong”

“In February our pizza was messed up, it had no sauce and the male manager that day said he would put in the computer for our next order to replace it free of charge. Today I called with all the details and information and he did not put it in the computer, however Jill who was working today fixed everything and was so nice! We usually never have an issue and the pizza is always perfect! That was a one time mistake from many orders. From Jill’s friendliness all the way to the delivery drivers they are all great as always!”

“I believe that with certain chains comes a level of expectations, with that said, Id like to thank the staff at this A&W for living up to their reputation. I love A&W, as a kid I remember riding home from my baseball game making a beeline to grab a quart of cold rootbeer to wash down the dirt from the sand lot. I remember my dad taking the whole family on a summer night, only to find myself taking my own family many years later. This night my wife and I were out with no place to go as we decided to have a chili dog and pulled in. The first thing I noticed how clean well kept everything was, service was great, food was good and hot as always. This store is an asset to the A&W name. Job well done!”

“The best chicken and beef fajitas!!! I can't say enough, besides succulent. Great salsa and chips. I know this matters. They do have a super spicy salsa, just ask! Awesome guacamole. Food always looks good when it comes out. It does get packed, line leading outside. Try not to go around rush hours. Just before or after.”
