Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Second time in 2 weeks my order was incorrect. First time was through Uber eats and was missing items in my order. Today I called my order in. I went to pick it up it wasn't ready and was incorrect. So I had to have them cancel the order and ring it up again. The food was good they were friendly. My complaint is that even with a phone order and placing my order at the register everyone behind me in line received their orders before I did. I'm willing to give this store one final try, before they completely loose me and my families business.

Excellent customer service. Bright smiling faces and fast service. The smoothies were divine. The restaurant was extremely clean and fresh looking. Quite inviting as well I would definitely come to this location again.

The Tropical Smoothie Cafe is Westland is the best overall out of all I've been to in the metro area. The staff are friendly, they remember your order if you're a regular, they always greet you when you come in the door. Not to mention how delicious the smoothies & food are

After I workout at L.A Fitness I often stop by Tropical Smoothie for a post workout smoothie. I have been into fitness for years and workout as often as I can but I don't always make the time for preparing a smoothie when I'm on the go all day and many times well into the evenings.
