“It's hard to leave 3 stars when the pizza was so good but let me explain... it's a customer service thing, really. We ordered in the store, face to face. We were told 20 min which sounded about right to make and cook a pizza, and hand it to us across the counter. So, we were like, okay, we will just wait here then. But 20 minutes is not what happened. Be honest with the customer. If you tell us it will be ready for pickup in 20 min, do your best to have it ready. What you shouldn't do is tell the customer 20 min, then tell them 7 more minutes and then it actually be 40 minutes longer than you initially stated. We were in the store waiting on it and were told to our face, just a few more minutes. Seriously, just tell me 58 min from the start, I'm good with that. I would have ran an errand or dropped the kids at home and came back. That's all... This was our first time back to Pizza Hut in years... despite the poor time management, it was delicious though :-)”

“Restaurant is clean except for entrance doors off glass all nasty greasy fingerprints and everything on it. Plus at your booth the petition the glass that's framed in wood that is a removable section. sure they clean the table but actually they should be cleaning that panel it's all splashed with stuff on the wood glasses all splattered with stuff . imagine having to look at that while eating. Food was good food was fresh no complaint about that.”

“First time. The inside looks awesome. The menu was easy and the selection was great. The price is fair considering all the other places claiming to be a sub shop. This place has taste and i couldn't finish the large. Not in one sitting that is. The best part, proceeds go toward helping these firefighters stay safe. Which in turn keeps you and I safe.
