From my personal experience, the pizza sauce is the worst addition to the Philly steak sub. On the bright side, you can always choose what to have in your sub. “Not a bad place, I'm just not a pizza lover. Most people must love pizza because it seems to be the go to gluten free menu item for many restaurants. It's also very hard to get rid of the soggy crust without burning the edges. The service was fast and they cook the gluten free pizza in a pan, which keeps it from contact with gluten in the oven and helps the crust cook more evenly, which is difficult to do.”
