Hill Lake Cafe Hill

Great cafe, staff is always friendly. Our family orders regularly in the summer & either take out or eat-in. Food is always good!
I also recommend their giant peanut butter cookies that are always available in a cookie jar on the counter. They also have chocolate chip. I always purchase some extra to take home!

Great place to eat breakfast! Best eggs Benedict around! I am from Iowa and would travel here for this alone. Fresh Homemade breakfast and the cookies are delicious as well. Along with friendly people who know their customers. Highly recommend.

Awesome little cafe in Hill City! We were passing through on the way to Duluth, and stopped for breakfast based on the reviews. I had the Southwest Stuffed Hashbrowns, and my partner had the applecakes. Both were truly excellent - delicious and cooked perfectly! Service was great, though somehow we were the only ones in the cafe that morning.
I think we'll be travelling back to check out the breakfast buffet - this place is worth its own special trip!

Stuffed hasbrowns are one of my favorite meals to get up north and this cafe definitely served up delicious food. Will stop here again next time we are in the area and you should too.

Left with a full stomach, fully-caffeinated, a smile, and considering next time I visit what I might order from among the many breakfast specials. I mean, the ingredients seem "Sysco-sourced" for the most part but elevated higher than should be possible. I ordered the Wheel Deal (pictured). I also never saw the bottom of my coffee mug. Great little dinner.
