“when are we leaving the restaurant I was trying to get something called such as a milkshake or something like that whereas I could cool off on a hot day... And I seen a glass there's plastic with a lid and a straw and I picked it out and ask her how much for that and it was $21 that I wasn't expecting... I purchased it anyway and found out two weeks later that I could have purchased coffee all the time and it would have been a way to cheaper in that glass that's one of the good things about it but it only lasted for two more months I don't drink enough coffee to use the glass... That's why I gave it a low score I know if I was going to people to go into Caribou coffee and they're very happy that should say read their book play on their laptop and such like that... So I don't mean to give it as a bowl score but just my experience wasn't the greatest”

“There is a younger man who works here, I regret that I do not know his name, but he is one of the best customer service workers I have ever encountered. He's younger, brown hair and tall and boy can he sell! He literally sold me ground coffee during a drive through. The guy is very nice, courteous, and doesn't oversell. Every morning that I happen to have him at the window starts my day off right. This young man deserves some recognition please!”
