We had a large group of 11 and the hostess and manger went right to work cleaning and moving tables together to accommodate us, on a Saturday night. Our waitress was awesome. Answered our questions, helped with the menu, was timely with refills and was just really friendly. Everything tasted great, highly recommend the cheese curds and fried pickles!”

“I ordered the old school pepperoni and sausage. It came with a special roasted? tomato on it. It really made the pizza taste great. I initially thought I bought too much pizza for the group at work, but everyone liked the pizza so much they finished all of it! Service was friendly and quick. “This is our sushi spot. Even after moving from Blaine we still make it back up here from the cities for happy hour every now and then. Super fresh sushi at great prices during happy hour. “I’m a PCA and I take them here a lot because it’s always great service and great food! They even had someone walk around to check how everything was and got us refills so we didn’t have to get up. Not one “fast food” place that I’ve been to does things like that. It’s the little things that make it such a great experience here. They are always so great with the kiddos too! It’s amazing.”

“My wife and I love the pizza here. Low-key some of the best pizza in Blaine. The jalapenos are surprisingly spicy here. (Most places in Minnesota seem to get weaker jalapenos or pull out all the seeds, so I appreciate Tavern allowing for some "kick" when ordering pizza with jalapeno!) Picking up to-go is always a smooth process. Highly recommend paying the $20 for a Tavern card - it pays for itself.”

I had the burger, to me, it was better than what it look like. We kept seeing these LARGE shakes getting delivered. Looked SO good! I would definitely come back for the food. The beer was beer to me. Plenty of parking space. Wasn't too crowded on a Sunday evening (around 5?). The food system is smart. Menu at the front door, line up to place your food, find a table and your food will be brought to you. Super simple and fast pace.”

“Been coming here for about 10 years now. The staff is always really friendly and remembers you by name. Really clean and well maintained store, but it's the staff that really makes each visit worth it. Also has the best prices for cigarettes compared to all the other spots nearby. The coffee is incredible. The hazelnut coffee mixed with the hazelnut cream is our favorite.”

“Surprisingly, great food for a company cafeteria! They are open to the public. All you have to do is sign in and out at their front desk. As the name implies they serve organic and locally sourced fresh food. They have many options for Vegetarians and Vegans. One of my favorites is their Vegan housemade soups. The kind of soup offered changes daily. They always have two available. One is always Vegan. Don't forget to stop in their Aveda product store before you leave.”

“The food at Applebee’s is always amazing and the service is also fantastic. The only negative about the Blaine location is that the online ordering generally takes longer than expected. Personally that isn’t something that bothers me as I just know to add about 10 minutes to whatever ETA the website or app gives me. The restaurant is always clean and they have the cleanest restrooms of any place I’ve been before. The atmosphere is laid back and friendly and you can’t go wrong with the tablets for the kids to play on.”
