    Impressed that none of the customers used the self order kiosks while I was there!! Counter person was very busy but provided great service. Need to hire more help..

    It's McDonald's. What do you expect? Of course our order got messed up. Even with the screen displaying the correct order, they missed giving my nephew his extra order of nuggets. I don't think I have ever gone through a McDonald's without at least one thing being wrong. I just expect it when my neices or nephew are with and they convince me to go. However, like always, they correct it. And they are always really fast at getting it corrected. Almost like they never got it wrong to begin with. Never have to argue with them or put up a fight about it. They just fix it and send us on our way. All you can do is shrug your shoulders and say, "that's McDonald's. " thank them kindly and move on with life.
