“Unbelievable service, came at around 7:30 pm as we had a late lunch, they just got done with a big dinner rush and had to wipe off tables to seat us. Everyone was so friendly, Brian our server was so personable and made sure we were happy with everything several times! Steaks were done perfectly, great Salad Bar options, drinks were refilled without even asking! I would highly recommend this restaurant to everyone visiting the Walker area! “Perfect spot for a bite to eat as we were driving into Walker. It was difficult to tell if it was open as we passed it, and it was pretty empty at 9pm on a Friday. Service was fast and friendly. We enjoyed the local beer options. The bison burger was tasty, but it was strange that you had to pay extra for anything on the burger, including lettuce. The fries were just the average frozen crinkle cut fries.”

“Took a few phone calls before I got through, it was still lunch rush and it was amazing outside. I got burnt ends, carolina coleslaw (though for some reason I had it in my mind it would be spicy) and Mac and cheese, to get it passed the 15$ delivery charge. Though when it came the total was around 23? Even with the 10% delivery fee and sales tax not sure how it came to that much. Good size helping of meat with some sauce, it could've been more smoked but for Minnesota it was tender and had good flavor. Coleslaw was standard, but wasn't made of sad soggy over sauced cabbage, so, decent. Needed some bright acid or sugar. Mac and cheese I felt was a little runny but the fresh pepper and garlic salt on it was super good. Wanted more in it. Made my sandwich and placed the remaining meat in the Mac, excellent.”

“My husband and I were in town for a work conference and Walker Bay Coffee Co was the closest coffee shop from the hotel we were staying at. This is your typical mom and pop coffee shop, but with a vast menu ranging from specialty coffee drinks (~$5), breakfast sandwiches (~$6), paninis (~$9) and gluten free baked goods. “I just love Quiznos. We lost ours in St. Cloud so if I’m ever in Walker or Monticello, I have to go to Quiznos. I’m sure everyone in my life finds it really annoying. Both Walker & Monticello are good and as you expect a Quiznos should be. Just avoid the one in the Minneapolis airport.”

“Incredibly neat concept: one business divided into three different endeavors: an ice cream/coffee shop, pizzeria and wine bar. Food from the pizzeria was decent, ice cream and coffee were average. Didn’t go to the wine bar. You can open a tab and it carries over to all three services on site. Service from the two sisters in the pizzeria was excellent — super friendly and insightful. Service from the employee at coffee bar needs some refining — she was uninterested and seemingly hassled by a coffee order.”
