“Waited for at least 5 minutes at the counter before one of the employees came over to help me. They were all busy with (I'm assuming) the drive thru and online orders, but I don't think that should ever excuse the customers who are inside by the counter, ready to order. In all fairness, the employee who helped me was friendly and cheerful. Which I appreciated.”
