Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

This place has 6 star food, but only 2.5 star service. I've been here a few times now. The last time was absolutely horrible service. My wife and I ended up getting a $20 certificate from the manager. Came in tonight to use it and while it wasn't nearly as bad as last time, after we were seated, it took 13 minutes for someone to get our drinks ordered. I absolutely love the food, but I'm not sure it's worth the service.

Their burgers are the best... their fries are nice and thick with spices...you can see that they use actual potatoes to make them unlike the dinky fries that other places serve....Red Robin has nice hearty burgers and fries in deed along with the right spices to enhance the flavor. Their malts are tasty. Their donuts are light and fluffy. Their strawberries in their drinks are fresh as ever. One of my fave restaurants indeed!

Overall it's average at best. But when you're on a 30+ minute wait at 7:30 on a Friday night and the dining room manager allows the kitchen manager to tell them to stop seating people, and then relays that to customers, you lose business. Like you did on 9/20/19 when my family and several others left your establishment to take our business elsewhere. What we found was there were better managed kitchens within a mile of you. And instead of getting our business and possible future visits, we went somewhere else. By the way, Wild Bill's staff was excellent and very accommodating.

We had fantastic service from our waiter, Cory (Corey?). He was very attentive to our needs by keeping up with drink and french fry refills and being thoughtful with his actions and demeanor. We had our daughter with us and she's pretty little, but he was courteous enough to make sure plates weren't set directly in front of her and asked if she'd want ice in the water we ask for.

We understand not everybody can be 100% attentive to guests' needs, and we know people are only human, but it really sticks out when someone treats us like we're a little bit more than "another table".
