Ate out on the patio. The weather was perfect. The tacos we ordered were somewhat non-traditional but good. The eating experience was also quite non-traditional. One orders the food at the bar and paid for at that time - no server-staff involved. The wait for the food was over 30 minutes (perhaps it was busier than it appeared). The price seemed high for the experience. I guess I prefer and enjoy a more traditional restaurant dinner experience.

This place is AMAZING! We ate at Eighth Fire. It was delicious and the best food we've had in the metro area in a long time. Austin, our server, was great and super attentive and knowledgeable. Just be sure to make a reservation if you want to eat at Eighth Fire. We didn't know we needed a reservation until we got there, but luckily they were able to find us a spot (we just had to wait a little while). I definitely recommend it!

This place is amazing and has such a great vibe. There is something for everyone in terms of restaurant experience. There is a sit-down area, a coffee bar, a lunch place, and a outside order before you sit down kind of a deal. Really awesome place and the food is killer as well. I would recommend 100%. Just know it is a more of a group oriented setting so the portions are all meant to be shared.

My husband and I tried out this new restaurant about 3 PM Monday, July 5. The atmosphere is nice, and the patio looks like something you’d expect to see at a high end resort. When we walked in, there was no one to greet us, so after a couple minutes, we headed to the bar. Bar service was friendly, but slow because the bartenders were busy taking orders and ringing in tabs from the restaurant. I ordered the Beetle Juice cocktail that consists of gin, beet juice, and raspberry. It was delicious. We ordered the meatball pizza, and it was very good. Thick crust that’s crispy with a spicy, flavorful tomato sauce and generous portions of mozzarella and ricotta cheese. Num. We noticed a menu on the bar that included tacos and shrimp, but to order from that, you had to go to the bar on the patio. People sitting at tables had to stand in line at the bar to order and were then given numbers for food delivery. Kind of like a barbecue joint only slower. I hope this place makes it, but they need to refine their service.

Went in for the soft opening and I'm finally excited about the space. The food was good and just unique enough (had the blackberry pizza, it was great!). The decor and vibe are almost too cool for Apple Valley 😉, and the patio is huge. It's a little early to rate cocktails and service, as they're just opening, but everything seemed to be on track to being a great restaurant. I'll definitely be back
