“Friend and I were in the area and wanted Chinese. We're both Panda Express fanatics and there are limited Chinese food options in our area. We both tried a sample of the 'wok-fired shrimp' which was pretty good. While deciding what I wanted apparently the staff behind the counter just put my order together and were like "you're good to go!". Friend and I looked at each other and I questioned the employee and she confirmed, with an attitude, that my order was done. Whatever, I'm not one to cause a fuss after working for 11hrs today. My friend's order was also incorrect but were didn't feel like causing a ruckus and just wanted to get out of here for our hour ride home. The food was hot and flavors were good like usual. The staff is lacking communication skills and had bad attitude when confronted about mistakes. I'm generously leaving a 3* rating...”

“Last night me and my kids did a quick shopping visit to Walmart Apple Valley. It was about 8:50 p.m. and since I hadn’t made anything for dinner thought it would be a treat to Subway sandwiches. I knew it was close to closing time but asked anyway if we get some sandwiches. David was almost done cleaning up but was so gracious, kind and courteous to me and my kids. As we left I overheard him talking to his co-worker and he was commenting a bout how they should take care of the customers even at the end of their day. I wanted to give a great big thank you to David for being a great employee and for his great customer service! THANK YOU DAVID!”

“We had buffet on Black Friday. What’s good - Food and a nice experience with banana leaf. Customer service is great; they ask you your need like family members. What’s bad - They are so cautious about not wasting food, they start serving you very tiny portions of every item, which is good; but when you decide on your choice, they still serve you tiny portions. This is a big inconvenience. I literally got one piece of chicken and one piece of Mutton, every time I asked them. I know, it is not their fault at this point, but they need to adjust to avoid these inconvenience for diners.”

“My family and I had a nice visit. The service was quick and friendly. A wonderful atmosphere and setting in general, I must say that the tables don't have a lot of space for four people. The booths are a little crowded and not very spacious. I ordered a cheese pizza, and it tasted good, but the cheese nearly fell off and the sauce was a bit chunky and there was way too much. Overall okay time here.”

Osaka has always been the go-to place I meet my friends at for lunch, to-go food when I’m in a pinch, date nights, and even birthdays. “Applebees has some decent quality food for a larger chain. This location all my experiences have been problem free. Can get pretty busy here but the staff always do their job. Have some decent drink and app deals at happy hour and over all menu prices are affordable. I've ordered just about every app on the menu and they are all good the wanton tacos being the best!! This location seems well kept and clean.”
