Ichiddo ramen

We've been here twice over the past month, and in general have enjoyed our meal. It's a very small restaurant with good ramen, boba tea, and tasty appetizers. Because it's so small, I'm wondering if the staff is overwhelmed as every time I've ordered Boba tea, they've forgotten to add the pearls - which was quickly remedied.

I've enjoyed their goyza and short ribs, but the house fried rice was inconsistent. My husband has had a couple different Ramen bowls that he's liked. It's a good little local spot, give it a try.

I wasn't expecting such a nice lunch - calming atmosphere, friendly employees/good service, and reasonable prices for great food! Highly recommend!

Great ramen restaurant find for me. Had the kimchi ramen which had the right amount of spice and heat. The food came out fast and hot. The staff was friendly and attentive. I would also recommend the rib appetizer.

Fresh, authentic ramen with fresh ingredients - delicious! It looks like fast food from the outside and the food is fast to arrive and served up by friendly staff. However the front of the restaurant is a facade hiding a quiet, elegant dining area of natural-looking materials - wood, stone and brick. And the food is served in ceramic bowls with ceramic cups for your green tea and you are given ceramic chopsticks to eat with. Strongly recommend.

We recently discovered this tiny gem in Eagan. I am writing this review after our fourth visit. Every visit has been delicious. We have sampled many items all across the menu. (The menu makes everything easier, as almost everything has a picture!) Every appetizer we’ve tried has been outstanding. Particular stand outs are the pork and fried chicken buns. We marvel that the bun bread is as soft and smooth as a marshmallow! Another favorite is the crab jalapeño appetizer, which is a fun take on jalapeño poppers.

The entrées don’t carry quite as much pizzazz as the appetizers, but they are still very tasty. The seafood Ramen and the chicken stirfry did not disappoint.

All of this is delivered by exceptionally friendly and engaging staff in a small and unpretentiously comfortable setting. The prices are very reasonable (the aforementioned amazing buns are currently $3.50 each), and most entrées are under $14.
