This has the regular pizza sauce, I think I'd recommend the spicy one. The cup of sauce that comes with the pizza tastes similar to tzatziki sauce, not a fan of cucumber so I'll skip using it.”

“Stopped in for Saturday bingo and had a blast! First time in, and while we only sat in the bar and played bingo/pull tabs, the bowling side looks well maintained and would go back to bowl. Bar is pretty spacious, service was great (attentive/fast/friendly), and drinks were reasonably priced. While we only had a basket of fries, the food was tasty too. Well deserved 5 stars and we will definitely go back.”

“First visit and we were impressed, both with the quality of food, the portions, and the service. We came here for a birthday celebration lunch on a Saturday. Comfortable seating and attentive service. The flavors are vibrant, the seasonings were unique. The food presentation was very aesthetically pleasing. My fiancé ordered the Po boy and I ordered the Sunrise Fried Chicken Sandwich with sweet potato fries. Both were enjoyable. Collard greens and truffle rosemary fries were also fun. Bathrooms are easy to locate, and well maintained. Parking is ample and free. Atmosphere is comfortable and fun. We would go back.”

One thing that really impressed me was that our drinks came out first, which set a positive tone for the afternoon. “It's a little ghetto being inside a gas station, next to the restroom, but that's not the worst of it. The food was really really bland. The consomé was watered down tasting, and the birria beef was just really blah. Everything lacked spice and seasoning. The fries we had were very good though. To be totally honest 3 stars is more than they really deserve, but the only reason I didn't do 2 was the fries were good and there was no major issues. But I will not be back. Also I thought the prices were high considering that they are part of a gas station, and not their own location. $50 for a taco plate, a burrito, a torta, and a asada fries.... Really? Maybe if the flavors were unbelievable, but yeah.”

“One of the best fast casual restaurants in Eagan. My daughter loved the wings, I had a tasty shrimp bowl (which could have used more than 3 shrimp, my only complaint), my other daughter loved the vegetarian paneer bowl, and my husband liked his pork belly bowl, although not as much as the rest of us enjoyed our dishes. Tons of flavor all around, and unique offerings to boot. This is not the sit-down atmosphere like Burgers and Bottles or Volstead next door. It is more of a takeout, quick meal kind of a place. I look forward to coming here during my lunch break and trying the other bowls. For gluten-free and/or vegetarian folks, they do a great job offering plenty of options for both, and they are clearly marked. Definitely returning!”

“I was pleasantly surprised at the ambiance, energy, and quality of Kitchen and Rail. I came with a friend to celebrate the recent employment of another dear friend, arriving with zero expectations or preconceptions. Just upon entering and viewing the aesthetic, I knew I was in for a treat. The interior is not what I expected from the understated branding and outer shell. Inside of a non-descript strip mall restaurant facade lies a rather elaborately decorated lounge-like atmosphere, complete with a rose-mounted chandelier. I was impressed. The staff were spectacular, polite and welcoming right from the beginning. Our order was taken quickly, yet politely, and we sat comfortably at the bar seats, conversing and observing the surroundings. Our food arrived rather promptly, beautifully arranged and presented. After the obligatory photos, we tasted our meals... Each bite was to savor, filled with flavor and expertly prepared. The vegetables were bursting with flavor, the fish fresh and lightly blackened.. perfection 👌. Definitely come in for a visit. We will be back! 💙🩵”

“I’ve been looking for a more traditional Japanese ramen restaurant in the suburbs here in Minnesota but a majority of the Japanese restaurants I’ve been to in the past have the typical menu. Finally there is a authentic style Japanese restaurant that caters more to Ramen as well as they have amazing poke dishes, and some unique appetizers. I had their Blaze Spicy Tonkatsu Ramen with some amazing pork, shrimp, and vegetables. The broth was very flavorful and all the ingredients were fresh. Not to mention the atmosphere and hospitality of the people who own the restaurant was very professional and inviting with ambient decor. If you get a chance and are craving some more Traditional Japanese Ramen dishes in Eagan, Minnesota than I strongly suggest you try Orzya Poke and Ramen. You won’t be disappointed! 😋👍🏻🍜”
