Rack Shack BBQ

Rack Shack's food is hit or miss. I usually get the Rib tips because the rib tips are usually the most tender and juicy item Rack Shack offers. The pork ribs are good. Stay away from the beef brisket. The beef brisket is usually dry and and not very good. Overall, Rack Shack is decent for Minnesota BBQ.

Great ribs. Great sauce options. Great service. Excellent south-of-the-river barbecue option.

Service was great, food was delicious! I tried the smoked turkey hobo and it was a ton of food and all very good. I’ll be going back soon for more of that turkey.. delicious!

I adore this place! They have awesome meals, they have a rich menu, The cook in that place is a professional, I like very much tasting all their food. The food is consistently fresh, the service towards the visitors is efficient. I visit often this place and I was never unsatisfied. I recommend it with no hesitation.
