Union 32 Craft House

An interesting concept for sampling lots of different kinds of beer but you pay slightly more for a pint than you would elsewhere. On balance you're probably there for the novelty or diversity more than anything else.

30+ taps, most if not all local was a nice variety. If you don't know how to pour a beer from a tap you'll end up with a lot of head.

Food was fairly standard bar food. Cajun dry rub bone in wings were pretty flavorful & juicy but a slightly smaller portion. Pork tacos were just ok, side of chips and salsa was nothing special.

Atmosphere was fine, large open space with tall ceilings, the "food truck" facade, and visibility into the keg space. Space was clean and modern.

Union 32 is a pretty good modern place. I think the food is just ok. Not a large menu and it is stuck in between trying to be fancy and food truck. Tachos are delicious. The selection of beer gives good options, but a first visit might require some questions to figure out the process for "the wall".

Fun place. First time here. they have 32 beers on tap, with a great mix of all or mostly local brews. Really nice to be able to sample a bunch and pour as much or as little as you want! Also tried the tachos which were great.

Great variety of beers and really good food. The beer and food system is pretty janky: here's how. To get a beer, from the awesome wall of 32 beers, you need to give a credit or debit card to get a beer card, kind of like the video game value card at the arcade. So you put the card in a holder at the tap and get your beers, which, whatever, they're not bringing you your beer but you still get beer. Kind of neat. Then food you have to order food at a window, and you cannot use this value card to order, so you have to pay there. They bring the food to your table. Then, when you're done getting beer, you have to again approach the bar to actually ring out.

Love that Union 32 is so close to my house. Great spot to meet a few girlfriends for a fun night out. The staff at the tap wall are so helpful when I show my complete lack of ability to pour a good beer! The bartenders are also amazing! Fun to chat with and super knowledgable about the beers on tap. Union 32 is a great place to visit!
