Baldy's BBQ

The food was great and so was the service. We each got ribs and brisket, the brisket was good but the ribs were our favorite. My husband loves the bbq sauce. Their fries are really good and their corn bread is unique and very flavorful.

We had amazing brisket and service! We will definitely be back. Tracy provides excellent service and treated us like friends. It is so nice to have fast service BBQ that is this good.

Absolutely nothing bad to say about this place!! Amazing and friendly staff!! I like the fact that they have a back door entrance for truck drivers. Food came out exactly as ordered and quickly. I will be back!

So glad we took a flyer on this BBQ place based only on I-35E sign. Low key outside appearance in a strip mall but inside the force is strong in this place. Music is all Blues and volume is moderate. Your nose knows this is seriously devoted to smoked meats. We had the rib tips and a sandwich with a 3-meat combo. Both excellent. Baked beans were a bit smoky and not too sweet. Corn bread is dense enough to take butter and has a hint of honey. An easy drive from the Twin Cities and well worth the trip. Sorry no pix but my fingers were sauce drenched. Original sauce is balanced but more heat and more sweetness both available. Beers and big tv screens too.

This is a great place for some good BBQ! The atmosphere was relaxed. The staff was friendly and attentive. And the BBQ was off the chain, with a variety of sauces that will accommodate your taste buds! It definitely filled me up!I will be back and if you're in the area check it out!
