I had a bad experience, where they had a driver call in and didn't get me my food for 3 hours. It apparently had been made when it was ordered and delivered later. It was soggy, the lettuce was wilted, the soup was cold. They wouldn't do anything to make it right. I threw the food away because it was basically rotting. They should have replaced it.

I'm giving a 4 star review because their in-store service is good. And from what I hear their delivery is better than it was, but I won't be trying that again for a long time.

Good food, not the greatest service...

The servers weren’t mean, but they did mix up our order, and proceded to double-charge my mother again for the things that we originally wanted. Typically, restaurants just correct the order free of charge, but I guess that’s not policy here. Mom spent five minutes trying to correct the charges, but the waitress did not seem to understand. It happened to be on the day of Big 9 so I understand they could be flustered, but I just think it’s strange to have to go through all that just for the food we wanted in the first place. Overall, not a bad place to eat, but don’t let them mix up your order.

Excellent food with a unique menu. I had the Spartan and it was full of flavor! We had 4 sandwiches this visit and they were all good. They even made substitutions for us. The prices were reasonable for each sandwich and combo we ordered. They we're also supporting a local organization (Tiger trot) with a portion of sales for the day.
