(August 14, 2019, 8:06 pm)Update: Got a call from corporate- very friendly and although this was still a very frustrating situation, Lori was very sweet and apologetic. We figured out the issue, which was on their end (she admitted). I appreciated the phone call and resolving our issue. We will give Albert Godfathers another chance!
Called in last night for a delivery at 6:27 pm. The young lady on the phone was clearly not interested in my order - after 5 minutes of trying to place my order correctly, we get a confirmation on delivery time of 45 minutes and our total. A little over an hour passes, still no pizza. I call back and the same young girl promises me the driver has gone out with all the deliveries - I say okay. Over an hour and a half later- STILL NO PIZZA. I call back, frustrated because of the delay. At this point, our pizza can't be fresh. Another lady answers the phone and proceeds to tell me that there has not be am deliveries in over an hour - they have no order for us. Supervisor on duty was no help whatsoever- very disappointing.
