    Besides the good food, I love that the staff speaks Spanish too!

    The team really seems to love their job. Everyone is so friendly and hard working. I’ve come in when there was a rush and they seemed to manage it well considering they got my food to me pretty quick!

    For being in the mall of America, I was surprised that I didn’t have to wait long like I do for other food in the mall. The customer service was great, the location was awesome, and the food experience was delicious. I’m glad my first experience with potbelly was a fantastic one. Definitely will be returning!
