Woolley’s Kitchen & Bar is a much better description than Woolley’s Prime Steak House.
I tried the Prime Rib. 8/10 at best. Not well marbled.
Ordered it rare. Got it, center was medium rare, outside well done. Obviously they reheat it after pre cooking. At $35, it’s just a typical hotel prime rib.
Shrimp scampi was a bit sour and the shrimp tasted old.

Classic steak and American fair. Hard to go wrong, our party tried ribs, prime, and pork. Pork by far the best and most interesting, ribs were good as well and steak middling and medium... which, without being instructed (didn't get asked) was a bit surprising. All around tasty and the atrium had a great ambiance to the place.

Awesome place and atmosphere. Bartender was nice also and treated me like I was person and not a tip.

If you complain about the cost of food, you don’t belong here.

Dinner with family. Since we had seven the host wanted to seat us in the bar. It was ok but I would have preferred the atmosphere of the main dining area. Everyone seemed to enjoy their food and the service was good. I had the salmon and it was terrific. I’m kinda fussy about food temperature so my only wish would be that it was just a touch hotter. The presentation was excellent...see photo. This is a very good choice for a high end meal or important occasion. It’s s busy hotel under renovation for the rooms that remain to be finished. The happy hour drinks and food for hotel guests is hard to beat from 5:30 to 7:30.
The morning free breakfast was also a hit according to my family.
