“The Mall of America Panda Express uses different plates so you don't get as much food as at a normal panda. It's kinda annoying when you pay more but get less than you would at the Panda down the street by Target. But I guess that's how it goes at the mall. The food is good and employees seem decent. Can't complain about that, but I'm docking a star for the plates they use to screw you out of an ounce or so of food. C'mon, don't be so cheap.”

“Fantastic service! I believe my server was Lauren B. I ordered the center cut steak with coconut shrimp, sweet potato and broccoli with cheese. It was great! The steak was a little tough, I know it wasn't a great cut but they managed to prepare it to my liking. Lauren realized that my broccoli wasn't prepared as usual so she sent over the corrected one. Unbeknownst to me I wouldn't have known the difference being from out of town. I thought it was still good. Though I have to say the new one was really good!! Yay for Lauren! You just made my day! As for the good & bad ... in each pizza- crust fit absolutely flavorless goo ...sorry Domino's - it tastes like a mix of chalk & cardboard that is served warm above raw.... that said ...the rest of the ingredients were pretty impressive. Sauce was first rate and the meat tasted like the real thing not a chemistry set. .. I think the managers be required to sample the pizza they are putting out each day so somebody there has a clue. This Pizza is ok but it could bar great with a little more effort by the quality management team here.”

“First time at Firehouse and I wish I knew about this place a long time ago. Store is large and clean the employees are amazing. Gage gave us a run through of what they do different there and gave us some suggestions. He was very enthusiastic and you could tell he loves his job. The smokehouse brisket sub is out of this world. And their hot pepper sauce is a must, I had to buy a bottle on the spot.”

That being said, this location frequently seems to turn off mobile ordering on the app, not answer the phone, or randomly close the store for no reason.
