I walked in tight at Close and received superior service- THANK YOU. One of the best Caribou experiences I have ever had and I go to various Caribous a lot.”

“Normally, we come to Bakers Square a lot, the BEST pie ever! the breakfast food is good, and I just love the pie! We have had Mary as our waitress a few times, she is awesome, ask to sit in her section, today however, 12/6/19, the service was awful, the waitress Nicole, was very young, and I ordered a 1/2 sandwich without lettuce and tomato, thought she wrote it down but when the food came, there it was, I picked it off, then my husband had ordered pancakes, but no syrup, I had to walk around to ask her, she disappeared many times, or it seemed like I did her job more than her, we weren't happy, but next time we will sit in Mary's section. I had to find another waiter to get our check and to go box, and that shouldn't be up to the customer! Highly recommend Bakers Square in Eden Prairie MN~!!”

So the manager called me and offered and substitute or to just let me know it would be later if I wanted my item.
