“I made an online order for 8 people on Friday for Sunday Pickup at 3:30 PM. The large order was ready on time. The woman who was working the take-out window was efficient very friendly. The on duty manager, Amy, was also very helpful ensuring that my order was ready on time. The food was excellent. We had Spaghetti with meat sauce, PROSCIUTTO STUFFED CHICKEN, fried mozzarella, and Brussels Sprouts and Prosciutto. everything was prepared to perfection and delivered hot. Yes I had to reheat some of it by the time I got home 30 minutes later, but it didn't matter. It was delicious. My on-line order was preceded by a restaurant visit for lunch the previous week. The wait staff was wonderful and the food excellent at that time as well. I highly recommend this restaurant. I highly recommend this restaurant.”

“Normally, we come to Bakers Square a lot, the BEST pie ever! the breakfast food is good, and I just love the pie! We have had Mary as our waitress a few times, she is awesome, ask to sit in her section, today however, 12/6/19, the service was awful, the waitress Nicole, was very young, and I ordered a 1/2 sandwich without lettuce and tomato, thought she wrote it down but when the food came, there it was, I picked it off, then my husband had ordered pancakes, but no syrup, I had to walk around to ask her, she disappeared many times, or it seemed like I did her job more than her, we weren't happy, but next time we will sit in Mary's section. I had to find another waiter to get our check and to go box, and that shouldn't be up to the customer! Highly recommend Bakers Square in Eden Prairie MN~!!”

Had to wait for over 10 minutes at the door (no one else was in line) to be seated even though there were several empty tables - but all needed to be cleaned. Wait staff was very pleasant but not well trained. Dirty rag and dirty dishes were left on the table next to ours the entire time we were eating. Menu is great but our food was only average. Thai shrimp salad was drenched in salad dressing. Would be better served on the side. Takeaway: need more staff, better trained.”
