Great food, quick and super affordable prices for the 50th and France area. Really nice employees too! 10/10!!

I had my first experience with Carbone's last night. Had a pizza and pizza fries delivered, as they were discounted through a coupon on the website (thank you!).

Overall, I liked the flavor of the pizza. The sauce is very savory and well-seasoned, and toppings were good (note: the banana peppers here are the hot variety rather than the mild variety. I prefer the mild, but that's no fault of the restaurant.)

The crust, however, was undercooked. Still doughy on the bottom, especially in the middle. It was hard to get any of the pizza off of the box and picked up. Kind of ruins the experience.

Pizza fries, I discovered, are just cheesy breadsticks with a different name, but still tasty nonetheless.

I'm honestly undecided as to whether I'll try this place again. The pizza was good--not great, just good (and undercooked). I'll have to think long and hard about it.
