COV Edina

My family went to Cov Edina to celebrate my sisters graduation and we had an amazing experience. Our waitresses Erin and Deb were simply amazing and cared for our family. All the food we ordered from apps to dessert were delicious. I'm particular, the pork chop was phenomenal. If you go, order the prom chop. You won't be disappointed. Thank you to deb and Erin, again, for your perfect serving skills. We appreciate you. Thank you!

Although many of my ratings recently are 4-5 star, I've been on a lucky streak overall and had great experiences and COV was no exception. Great food, great server, fun evening! Decor is beautiful for the winter holidays too.

It’s a pricey place, but OMG!! The food is amazing. Had a sushi roll appetizer and the 1/2 French Dip and clam chowder. The staff was what should be for wait staff. Anticipating needs, not auctioning food, and friendly without being overly annoying. This is how restaurant staff should be. Pricey or not, I will go back because I feel it’s worth every penny and they don’t cheap out on the product. Great place for a date night or other special occasion. Not pretentious in my opinion even if they are upscale.

Great food. Great service. Great atmosphere! Highly recommend for a nice night out!

We enjoyed the evening but it wasn't because of the food. Some of the items we ordered were good, but others (like the artichokes and the cauliflower) were pretty lousy. The artichokes were tough and lacked flavor, while the cauliflower was to spicy.

On a bright note, the drinks and wine were good.

Stick with the basics here and you won't be disappointed.
