    Good Earth is one of my favorite restaurants. They were the best healthy restaurants way before it was trendy. You can count on creative food made with fresh healthy ingredients. Reservations are a good idea during the holidays. In the galleria mall Edina, you can shop while you wait.

    Fantastic menu. Fair prices and excellent wait staff contribute to a relaxing time.

    Love this restaurant. It's changed a little over the past few years however. I feel like they are cutting down portion sizes. But the food is good as always. Fresh and a good variety. Reasonable prices for being IN the Galleria.
