CRAVE American Kitchen & Sushi Bar (The Galleria - Edina)

Great appetizer salad with candied pecans! The mashed potatoes and asparagus were well seasoned and cooked perfectly. The steak itself cooked medium rare could have used some more aging. The fat was still pretty hard and hadn't marbelized well into the steak. I ate the whole thing and enjoyed it but I've had better in Texas at Nick and Sam's or even at a chain Morton's or Ruth Chris.

The server was fantastic. She managed a room of about 20 people by herself.

I will come back.

Crave is always a delightful dining experience. Whether you are part of a group, or dining alone, the staff is attentive, knowledgeable and helpful. (The Flatbread choices are excellent, by the way). Their extensive Wine list is wonderful and enjoyable.

Overall it was a good experience. The service was attentive and the food came out promptly and accurately. I personally didn't care for the citrus vinaigrette on my salad. However everything else I tasted was delicious. It was also surprisingly child friendly.
