    Good food; reasonable prices; very nice remodel/upgrade & funny play. Glad we went!

    A chef that understands and has a passion for food, waiter that knew the menu and did not rush the process

    I recommend this place with a qualified yes to my meat-eating friends. It has changed from their earlier menus that had vegetarian options, especially their small plates. Now it has several entrees, all meat or fish. Even the garden pasta had meat! In a world trending towards plant-based food (ref. Burger King and MacDonalds), Cast & Cru are going the wrong way.

    I ended up with the walleye since I still eat fish and was disappointed. The sauce, broccoli, and polenta were all dull tasting. I can't see going back until they improve their menu. OTOH, if you like meat you'd probably like this place.

    Pleasantly surprised by this spot. Great flavor, variety, wine list. Exceeded our expectations....we will be back!
