Absolutely otherworldly. The food here is absolutely divine. I came in initially sad because my favorite restaurant had closed down, and Cam Ranh Bay made me forget about that and even come in the next day to try more!

The egg rolls are unreal, I've never had better, spring rolls and wings are delicious, soups are stunning with incredible ingredients and an unbelievable broth, and the Lemongrass chicken is the best I have ever had! And the banana egg rolls with coconut ice cream and chocolate? Unforgettable.

Not only that, the service is unbeatable. Or server, Sophia, was beyond kind, sweet, helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. She made us laugh, told us everything we should know, and made sure we were among friends. She was amazing to be around and an absolute star! And Loc was unforgettable, he was so fun, happy to tell us everything we could think to ask about, and he has done an amazing job with this restaurant. I can't wait to go back and try more of what they have to offer and to talk with them again, because in such a short time, I truly feel that they are my friends.

You have to eat here. I could not possibly recommend it more highly. I love it and will eat there whenever I can!

Thank you for you incredible vegan options. And thank you for never making us feel weird that we bring our own containers. People reading this, they literally let us bring our own to go containers and place our orders directly in them to go. This is such an easy way to not add to the plastic mess. And they've always been so respectful of this. I'm so happy to have them in Hopkins. Super vegan friendly. Love this place

Born and raised in Eden Prairie and was a frequent customer at the old store. The new one is just as good if not better. The owner is the type to always make sure every guest is well received. Lemongrass chicken was phenomenal as were the sides. The eggs rolls were exactly how I remembered them as a kid, made fresh daily. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for great service and food, I mean, who isn’t?
