All I can say is WOW! We’ve been there twice already in their few weeks of being opened, it’s so hard to stay away!!! The food, the drinks, the atmosphere & decor are all amazing. We’ve had the braised lamb toast, the chicken bacon meatballs, the carrots, the sweet potatoes, the caesar salad, the lamp chops, the burger, plus the desserts! Would recommend anything there, can’t wait to round out the menu in our future visits :) Chef Mike is a culinary wizard, it is amazing to experience all of the flavors he puts together!!
Lovely all around! I have had the pleasure of working with the owners on the branding and menu design, and they are some of the kindest, hardest-working people I have ever met. Their passion for both top quality food and service shines through the entire experience. The staff is attentive and welcoming. If I had to recommend anything it would be the chicken bacon meatballs! And any of the cocktails… we tried many of them. I will be back again and again.

If you’re looking to tantalize your tastebuds this is the place. Pink Ivy has decadent food. Every dish was truly incredible. The vibes in Pink Ivy are so spot on. Would go there again in a heartbeat! The staff were wonderful. Hopkins is lucky to have such a special and unique restaurant with gourmet food! ❤️
Popped in for Lunch on Grand Opening Day (3/5/24) and had the Ivy Burger with fries. Burger was so good, had me drooling, 😘 fries were fresh and hot, lightly seasoned. Cool vibes, unique dishes (grilled salmon / chicken bacon meatballs / Tuna Tataki and more) most items like sauces, desserts, etc, made from scratch, and will change seasonally. Very attentive and knowledgeable Service with wine pairing recommendations etc. 👏 They will have a bistro style patio ☀️ around May. They also have a limited Kids Menu. Definitely check out their menu and come get your taste buds tingling.

Highly recommend trying the braised lamb toast, you won't want to share it! It's very flavorful and tastes nothing like lamb! The other photos are of the salmon, steak and the pineapple-brown butter cake.
