Cafe Zupas

Cafe Zupas has developed a great combination of salads, dressings, soup and sandwiches center on the concept of eating healthy by using fresh ingredients.

I am not a salad type person but after trying out the Strawberry Harvest with a Strawberry Champaign Vinaigrette and topped with chicken, I have found a new love for salads. Oh, they also add a delicious free roll and a chocolate cover strawberry per meal.

This is a great place to experiment different salads with soups and sandwiches. I say go for it. You will not be disappointed.

I love the food always fresh however no matter when you come there is never enough staff to accommodate the amount of customers in line. Either they have an abundance of folks standing around without the foresight to help thus my 3 stars. Also there doesn’t seem to be an adult supervisor in charge To direct staff to be attentive and to expedite the line

The staff identified as the leader is arrogant pompous and rude he isn’t interested in feedback or improving which is why I rarely come

an example of superior customer service. I’m not sure how they find such outstanding employees in what seems to be a shortage of friendly people. Great, consistent food.

Amazing, fast and healthy food. The Manager on duty was Kyle and he was slinging orders with a huge smile on his face and a great friendly demeanor. Genuinely one of the best customer service experiences I've had in the middle of a lunch rush. The rest of the crew was just as helpful and polite. Happy to know order ahead is now on the app !

I like the place. Fresh food, clean atmosphere and friendly available staff. Food was tasty, I had tomato basil soup with turkey cranberry brie sandwich. The soup could've been warmer (hence the 4 star) but it won't kill me, I'm a freak about hot food hot. I will be back! Yummy
