Food is very delicious, (3-stars just for the chapati). Customer service is near non existent. Old guy just wants to chat with people, I think he comes here to socialize, not to work. I had to remind him many times that I was there for the food not to hang out. About 60% of customers order a to-go. Most of the customers here are most likely 2nd shift workers, because it gets busy around 10pm. If I didn't LOVE their chapati wrap or the chapati with beans and greens, I wouldn't have come back to this place. I eat here 2 or 3 times a week, so I know what I'm talking about.
That being said, I will come back and I highly recommend this place.
I really want to support the wonderful, cute little lady and her two equally wonderful daughters -- even though I don't think they need my support, the restaurant is doing well, but I hope they stay humble as prices are starting to go up. $13 is very expensive for just 1 chapati and a side order (not including their sweet & ginger tea). The chapati is so delicious, and so sweet and so good that I sometimes eat it by itself. Again if it wasn't for the chapati, I wouldn't come back. Also, they are open until like 1am which is a plus.

1st visit and last visit. They serve good food but here are some key points I discovered that I will not be returning.

    Pros: - Professional and friendly.
    - Good food.

Cons: Restaurant building is run down and old.
    - Ambiance not attractive.
    - Lack of cleanliness.
    - Servers handle not only money with their bare hand but also food.
(CROSS CONTAMINATION). Thats a big red flag. I wouldnt recommend this restaurant.

We came in a group of seven. The waitress was charming and friendly. We told her that we wanted to share and sample a variety of dishes. She agreed to select for us. Then the plates started arriving - beef, chicken, fish, goat maybe? plus two salads, a bunch of injera bread, a big platter of rice, and beverages for everyone. Oh yeah and a banana for each person. :) They ended up charging us $12 a head which I thought was really good value for what we received (not sure if one could replicate that since it was an ad hoc situation). The food arrived very quickly and was tasty.

It is definitely not at all fancy, but clean and tidy.
