Hideaway Burger Bar

Nice spot on St Anthony Main! We went here with free drink tickets since we were waiting for a spot at Aster - and that definitely made the cost worth it. Service was great and the staff was friendly! Not my favorite atmosphere, but overall had a great time hanging out and having some wine.

Really awesome drink menu... food options are suitable, with vegan and Turkey meat replacements available. They will not allow you to substitute out your french fries though... we were all very disappointed in the food waste of this choice, especially since the fries are quite mediocre. There's also a LOT of salt on their food, so be aware of that.

Pretty decent burgers overall. The toppings were well balanced, and the bun was one of the best I have had in a long time. The burger itself was a little over done, but my Wife's was cooked perfectly. My burger was also a little under seasoned, but the toppings made up for it, again my Wife's burger was better seasoned. The burger sauces they used were excellent in and of themselves. Prices were inline for a gourmet burger joint. My biggest complaint was I needed more for the sides. They up charge you $4 for anything but fries, which was a little steep, but didn't give decent portion sizes. Especially considering with the up-charge we were pushing $20 for the plate. Drinks were excellent all around, I would highly recommend the bloody mary here. Staff was amicable, friendly, and did their jobs, but nothing much more than that. I was very satisfied with the meal, and would come again if in the area!

Great location and pet friendly patio. Burgers are good and worth checking out. Best cheese curds I've had in a long time with a really good dipping sauce. I would rate it more around 4.5. ($$)

We visited Hideaway Burger Bar while on a long weekend in the cities. It was a good place to stop in for an afternoon burger while we were walking along the river. The burgers were delicious and the ambiance was interesting with a prohibition vibe.
