Ideal Diner

Did a job across the alley from this little diner. Smelled so good all morning we had to try it for lunch. Excellent burgers! Can't wait to work in this neighborhood again !

Came to sample the Pork Tenderloin. It was unfortunately unavailable. I really wanted to try it! I enjoyed a hamburger and bacon instead.
Small place. Good taste. Pepsi Products.

I live in the neighborhood and on a nice day it’s fun to walk down here for some lunch. Or on days you don’t leave the after party until early morning this a good spot to fuel up before heading to bed. If you’re vigilant look around the entrance for one of those small gnome doors. As for the food, it’s what you’d expect from a diner. The interior has always exceeded my expectations for cleanliness from an establishment of this type. It’s just one of those places where regular people feel special and special people feel regular.

Super cute little classic diner. I’ve only been there during the week right after my night audit shift (7am) and it’s never been packed. But I’ve heard it gets really tight later in the morning and on weekends there’s long waits! It’s really small inside but worth it for a no frills, cheap breakfast if you go in early. Service has always been very warm here.

Delicious! The waitress kept my coffee cup full, and the food was yummy. We loved watching the cook prepare our food. The Ideal Diner feels like a throwback to a simpler era, and I love it.
