Khue's kitchen is a separate, but partnered kitchen INSIDE Brava bar (I did a separate review for Brava Bar).

The atmosphere is sophisticated, modern-vintage. The Lo-fi urban music is plays in the background at just the right decimals.

If you enjoy asian cuisine, you will absolutely love the food. One of the best things about the food is the PRICE.

I ordered the chili crunch wings. It came out steaming but it was not too hot to dig in right away.

Let me tell you, that first bite of the crunchy, flakey chicken wing will enlist you as a devotee. It's hard to truly describe how chicken wing skin so thin can have so much savory crunch. I actually used my fork to eat all the crunchy stuff that fell on the plate☺️

Complements to the chef👌🏿, who may be Khue... sorry I got lost in the chili crunch and didn't get his actual name. But deductive reasoning tells me it's Khue.

You should for sure go here if you're in the Twin Cities. If you're a local, I'll probably see you because I'll be coming back several times to try the other menu items.

I had put off going here as they have a pretty small menu, but that was a mistake. The chicken sandwich is absolutely amazing! The chef talked me into ordering the pork belly bao buns, which were also fantastic. If you haven't been here, you are missing out. The food is amazing!!! I'll be back to try the ribs.

Food is fantastic! This is inside Bar Brava.

Loved the five spice tofu (a bit odd with tofu - wish they had this with chicken or pork instead) and short rib.

Desserts are fantastic, it was adorable to see the chefs watch us try the lychee and jackfruit panna cotta.

Looks like they change their menu pretty often - I'm excited to come back to try more!

A true hidden jam! Could this be the best wings in Minneapolis? I think so. Despite being in a takeout container, the wings are flavorful and still crunchy. The breading is to die for. And for them to only 7.95 (original flavor)!? Best deal ever. Hoping to come back to try their chicken sandwich next time. The pork rib with rice was also delicious. Pleasantly surprised that their egg is actually soft boiled. So good. I will be back! Would be nice if there are seatings outside the building cuz wings are best eaten when they are fresh. Just remember to order on their website in advance as it's a pick up only restaurant.

This is a takeout only restaurant. I had a challenge finding the location as the sign is a little small and it’s located in a warehouse type building. However, it’s definitely worth the trip!

I am Vietnamese and I appreciate the different food offerings from a traditional Vietnamese restaurant. The caramelized pork ribs reminded me of my mom’s version. Just phenomenal. The nice big surprise was the cream cheese wontons. Sure, almost everyone has tried a cream cheese wonton. However, these are homemade and I could taste the difference with a commercially prepared version. These are the best I have ever tried. The chicken wings were fantastic. Be warned that the Chili chicken wings are hot- not Minnesota hot. Bottom line- all the foods tasted fresh, were perfectly seasoned, and tasted homemade.

I’ll definitely be back and it’s definitely worth a try.
