    They have the best enchiladas I've had from any Mexican truck or restaurant in Minnesota ever. I wish they had a restaurant and I would like to know where they park at on the weekends so my husband can try their food. It is consistent every time I've been to their truck. Very friendly staff. I will go back again until summer ends.

    Delicious Enchiladas. Great food truck for lunch. It’s great they are affiliated with La Poblanita Taqueria. Awesome family business!
