If you really want to spend double on hotdogs and ice cream have at it. The food did some unkind things to my stomach, just feel could've got the same result from dairy queen and not spent 40 bucks for 2 hotdogs and 2 shakes.
Great little neighborhood ice cream stand, that you can walk to in the summer. A scoup of ice cream is on the pricey side, but it is worth it. Flavors are amazing, and the ambiance is pleasing. They are gradually improving the lot, adding better benches, grass, etc. It is fun to watch it evolve, and a pleasant experience to walk down there for a gourmet ice cream cone in the middle of summer.
The gourmet style hot dogs looked beautiful with decent flavors, but the bun was too heavy. The ice cream was creamy, but too rich. Overall, it was a bit pricy for what you get, but a really fun concept to try at least once! 3.5 stars
Having so many great dairy-free ice cream options is amazing! Usually, when I go get ice cream with friends, I have one or two boring options, but Milkjam is different. They offer inventive and delicious dairy-free options, just as they do with their traditional scoops. I tried PB vs. Everyone, alongside a bahn mi hot dog--both were fantastic. Though they don't have as big a selection as their flagship store in Uptown, there's still plenty to choose from here. I'll be back!
Food was pretty good - hot dogs are decent, the ice cream was great. Great place for a summer evening hangout
