Solid. Would go again. We ordered the meal for two plus the vermicelli as a pickup order. Texture of the fried chicken was on point. Purple rice was nice and firm/sticky. Vermicelli was really light, fresh, and beautiful to look at. Root veggies were pretty standard but I think we forgot to pour the sauce over it and used it as dipping sauce by mistake. So maybe definitely go here but ask them for sauce direction. Regardless, kind staff, timely food, great textures and refreshingly original flavours.

Got the family meal for two and it was more than enough to keep us full and happy! Pork was tender, sauce was flavorful, holy heck! Excited to add them to our take out rotation. Thanks Union Hmong Kitchen

Tiger Bite sauce is worth the price of admission! Ordered the dinner for 2 (chicken) plus the pork side (takeout during the time of Corona). MORE than enough food for 2! So good! The pork had incredible flavor, everything was great. I am so proud of everything Chef Vang has done to share these amazing flavors with Minnesota & all his exposure in BonAppetit!

I've been meaning to try UHK for awhile now, I wish it wasn't during Covid. The food I ordered was great, the six person meal deal easily fed my family. All the sides I ordered were great as well. The best thing was actually the spicy sauce, but what made it great was how it blended with everything else. If you're looking for a great takeout option this is it.
