Bruegger's Bagels

Delicious.. it was busy so for a bagel it was a little too long of a wait. Hey good food takes time especially when everyone knows its good.

I go often, and have a pretty good feel for this location. Its nice with a more neighborhood feel to it. Reading through the reviews on here, good and bad, I will have to agree with some of the negatives. The staff sometimes seems to have an edge all while I am trying to combat it by being completely nice. My reason today was to question why someone was charged for two waters out of the fountain in plastic cups. $1.80 for two waters. I would understand if it were bottled water, but out of the fountain machine seems kind of out of line. I will still rate highly because I want this location to succeed.

Fantastic staff and management. Always have great coffee ready and take interest in their customers lives.

I feel bad for this location anytime I visit. Don't get me wrong I love brueggers bagels, but this location seems to struggle. They always seem flustered, always talking to each other about how so many things went wrong at work today, and everyone just seems stressed out and it leads to mistakes and frustration. I hope they get better staffed and things start to turn up.
