Tavern on the Range

My husband and I have chosen to come here for date nights. The staff is wonderful and one in particular is Dallas. She is so sweet, has great personality and overall brings a fun experience while dining in! She is a great bartender and waitress! The food is fresh and the last time we were there I got the fish sandwich and let me tell you it was delicious and also got a side of fries to go. They were steaming hot when we got them and looked homemade. It is a comfy environment for date night or just to eat out. Kat is doing a great job! 🍻

I always order my steaks medium-rare because if they're a little overcooked, it still tastes fine, and I've come to expect/accept it. Both mine and my S.O.'s steaks were a PERFECT medium-rare, and we had two different cuts. Drinks tasted great. The jalapeño poppers looked like someone had made them fresh, not something from Costco or Schwan's. The prices for a salad/side/bread were impressive. The place is modernly updated, decorated and adorably quirky while still having that small-town steakhouse feel, so it was a true "off the beaten path adventure." The patio and mural made the space even cooler. The waitress was friendly and attentive, with the co-owners helping their staff and customers alike.

Food was delicious and the staff were so kind and attentive. They went out of the way to cool down our daughter's food since she won't eat hot food. They also let her pick a toy from a big box at the end. Very kid friendly and everyone was so nice even the other guests.

Brought my boyfriend in for the crawfish boil day as his birthday dinner. Everyone went crazy over the alligator bites!! Will absolutely be doing this again!
