We’ve been here several times since Smoke opened and have been amazed every single time. Unique food - SO tasty. Amazing hand crafted cocktails, mock tails, & wine. AND dessert. The staff & service is always so amazing, even when the place is packed. And to top it all off, this is a small business ran by an amazing woman who does great things for our community. Cannot recommend this place enough.

I had heard many great things about Smoke on the Water. I'm impressed on my first visit. Our server was amazing! Great energy and made sure we were taken care of. We ordered the cheese bread and a margarita pizza. Both were awesome! The crust is the perfect crisp with great flavor. Cheese bread is stuffed and has house made marinara sauce...lovey. Amazing crust just like the pizza. A nice variety of mixed drinks, wine, and beer on tap. I will be back for sure.

Pizza was definitely some the best I have found in Mn. James Beard should be in the future for this pizza. Worth a drive. Artisan cocktails that didn't break the budget. Wonderful experience.

UPDATE:
Round 2, again did NOT disappoint. The pizza here is worth a trip, we got the Alfredo pizza and I have to say adding the lemon zest was amazing. This place elevates food, this isn't you avearge pizza or drink place. Quality flavorful food. I can't wait to come back.

We came to eat and drink the night of their soft opening. We had 3 of us and we were seated at a table quickly. At first we sat inside but then realized the rain had stopped so we requested to move outside. Which we did! We enjoyed the lake view and ate amazing wood fire pizza. We had a pepperoni pizza and a Hawaiian pizza.
We shared both and enjoyed them both! The crusts were amazing and the sauce was good! We had a mojito, Manhattan, and a carbliss. We were all super happy! Next time we will try some wine. So excited for this place to be open at last! We will be back! ❤️😃❤️

I swear I just ate the best nachos of my entire life! We also had a margarita pizza and it was out of this world. I can't wait to go back and make this a very regular eating establishment. It will be hard for me to decide between Smoke and Unwind, which is Tia Maria's other restaurant. She is an amazing owner and a great asset to two different communities.
